SHIPPING + RETURNS
At Nightshift Wax Company, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the pure and natural nature of our products, used candles or skincare items cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us via email within 7 days of delivery.
If you receive and item you are unhappy with you can send back to us unused and for an exchange of another product that is the same size and price. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange in products. Customer is responsible for shipping.
In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us here for further details.
