Refund policy

We stand by the quality of our products, but if for any reason you are not happy with your order please contact us and tell us why. Happiness in our customers is very important, we would try our best to make sure you are happy.

In the unlikely event that your package is delivered to you in damaged condition we will be able to issue a full refund or resend the product to you. In this case, you must send us a photo of the damaged item(s), your order # and first and last name to info@nightshiftwaxco.com for us to claim for insurance purposes within 14 days of your order 's delivery. 

Due to the delicate nature of our products we cannot except any used or opened items for a refund.


 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Due to high cost for international shipment we cannot cover returns for these orders. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or in un-working condition customers are responsible for all shipping cost for international returns. This includes shipping label, customs fee's etc.


You must report damage or missing item(s) within 5 business days of receipt by contacting us at info@nightshiftwaxco.com. You also must keep the original box & packing material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. You may be required to complete claim forms for the carrier. In some cases we may need assistance from our customer to ensure that all forms requested by the carrier are completed.
